I really like low-magic settings. I like the magic to really count and feel earned.

I feel like there's an ideal in this about intuitive play, when the game is more about flow and exchange than ticking off pre-set victories.

Do you play a particular system or systems? Do you have a favorite game that you ran?

I like a little bit of the dice because I like to surrender to divine randomness. The dice make things happen that I wouldn't -- wild victories and frustrating yet hilarious series of mishaps. And then it's not just me thwarting them -- it's chance itself.
