increased isolation under capitalism leads to increased reliance on technologies that allow us to connect leads to increased willingness by those in power to erode the rights to free time, social spaces, and privacy leads to social media being even more necessary for people to connect, you know?
Yes! And we get used to the idea that we somehow need a layer of mediation for all of our interactions with one another.
