Inspired by batwrangler's offer:

Would you like to be sent a postcard for-ish or near the winter solstice, almost certainly late?

If so, DM me your address. I would delight in a card of any sort, festive or non-, in return. [ETA: reciprocation not required! Just fun.]

The cards are mostly from a spate of postcard-printing I did a few years ago and represent a series of unrecoverable artistic impulses, rather than the best of... anything. However, each arguably says Winter and Also its Ending in its own, er, idiom.

You may choose from images such as:

• Leftover Tolkien Postcards from Oxford (advantage: not drawn by me)(2)


• Wistful Graveyard (of the old year, of our hopes & dreams, etc) (6, photo with various amateurish filters ranging from Meditative to Delirious) -- this one probably gives the greatest flavour of the turning-of-the-year


• Scribbly Raven Thing (3)


• Cheerful Jellyfish (2)


• Scribbly Arbutus Thing on Blue (3)

Nationally, we have, as you may know, a completely justified postal strike going on, but the major delay here would be, as always, Me.

I too would love a card! Raven or graveyard would be lovely, if you have any left.
