radiantfractureThat was a week. But last night with friends (all in the midst of long weeks, long months, or long years), I saw Old Stock: A Refugee Love Story and it was fantastic. The best thing I've seen in a long time. The lyrics were witty, the critique was scathing, and the core performance of Ben Kaplan as the Wanderer was unbelievable. I recalled to me with delight how much I love Klezmer. Oh yeah I love this I said to myself.
